Farmers everywhere know they need to give their crops the right nutrients at the right time to ensure a good harvest. That's where Dosatron fertiliser injectors come in handy.

They help you give your crops just the right amount of fertiliser, exactly when they need it. You can use them with any kind of liquid or soluble fertiliser. In addition, you can connect multiple injectors together to increase the amount of fertiliser you're giving your plants.

How Dosatron non-electric pump work?

Installed directly in the water supply line, the Dosatron operates by using the flow of water as the power source. The water activates the Dosatron, which takes up the required percentage of oil directly from the container and injects it into the water. Inside the Dosatron, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. The dose of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the Dosatron, regardless of variations in flow or pressure, which may occur in the mainline.

1. When water enters the pump, it triggers the hydraulic motor, which begins moving up and down inside the body of the pump.

2. As the piston moves up and down, the plunger, connected to the bottom, cycles in a vertical stroke.

3. In up and down strokes, chemical concentrate is dosed into the moving water stream providing a consistent and repeatable solution.
