Make Dosing easy, effective & consistent with Dosatron (How will it help you?)

For beautiful, healthy plants and blooms, professional growers have been turning to Dosatron for the trusted experience. With Dosatron, your plants get the right amount of nutrients every time. Our versatile fertilizer injectors are the industry gold standard for quality and reliability.

Dosatron can be used as fertilizer injectors in a variety of installations and configurations. Mount them on booms or benches, or use them in conjunction with our portable 15-gallon DosaCart, 5-gallon Li’l Bud-D DosaCart, or the Eco-Cart for fertigation dosing on the go. Increase your flow with parallel installations, or inject multiple nutrients with series installations.

How Dosatron non-electric pump work?

Installed directly in the water supply line, the Dosatron operates by using the flow of water as the power source. The water activates the Dosatron, which takes up the required percentage of oil directly from the container and injects it into the water. Inside the Dosatron, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. The dose of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the Dosatron, regardless of variations in flow or pressure, which may occur in the mainline.

Mixing the water and chemical in 3 Easy Steps!

1. When water enters the pump, it triggers the hydraulic motor, which begins moving up and down inside the body of the pump.

2. As the piston moves up and down, the plunger, connected to the bottom, cycles in a vertical stroke.

3. In up and down strokes, chemical concentrate is dosed into the moving water stream providing a consistent and repeatable solution.
