Description

Needle rollers can be used to design full complement bearing arrangements for low-speed or oscillating applications. These compact bearing arrangements have a very high load-carrying capacity when compared to bearings with a cage and are economical, provided the shaft and housing bore can serve as raceways.

NRB Industrial (NIBL) Needle Rollers are produced to a tolerance of up to -10 µm from the normal dimension. They can be sorted into groups having Grade G2 (Diameter Variation 2 µm), Grade G3 (Diameter Variation 3 µm), and Grade G5 (Diameter Variation 5 µm).

NRB manufactures Needle Rollers with Round Ends (BR Type), Flat Unground Ends (BP Type), Flat Ground Ends (BPM Type), and Rounded Corners (BR60 Type).
