Description

Needle Bushes have a deep drawn, thin-walled outer ring. They are typically used in applications where the housing bore cannot be used as a raceway for a needle roller and cage assembly, and where a very compact and economical bearing arrangement is required. The drawn cup of hardened steel and the needle roller and cage assembly of these bearings form a non-separable unit.

NRB Industrial (NIBL) Needle Bushes are light in weight and have large load ratings relative to their size. They consist of a shell-type outer ring drawn accurately from a special type of steel strip with further heat treatment process on it.

NRB manufactures Needle Bushes of two types, cage-guided and full-complement.
