NRB Insert Bearing UC 206-18 (1 1/8")
NRB Insert Bearing UC 206-18 (1 1/8")
Summary
Item Code: GY 1102 KRRB (UC 206-18)
Item Type: UC Insert Bearing (For use in Ball Bearing Units)
Shaft Diameter (d): 1 1/8 inch (28.575 mm)
.
Description
Insert bearings are based on sealed deep groove ball bearings in the 62 and 63 series, but have a convex outer ring and in most cases an extended inner ring with a specific locking device, enabling quick and easy mounting onto the shaft.
NRB Industrial (NIBL) UC Insert Bearings have increased shaft support, super-finished raceways, grade 10 balls, and an anti-backout nylon patch set-screw. They are factory pre-lubricated and are relubricatable. The set-screw mounting feature is ideal for reversing load applications. UC206-18 NRB, UC206-18 TR, UC206-18 FAG
NRB manufactures Insert Bearings of UC (~ GYE and GY), UEL (~ GE), and AEL (~ GRAE and RAE) types in metric (mm) as well as imperial (inch) sizes.
.
Features
- The different locking methods enable quick and easy mounting of insert bearings onto the shaft
- The spherically shaped outside surface helps accommodate initial misalignment by tilting inside the housing
- The different sealing solutions available provide a long service life for a wide variety of applications with high contamination levels
